All I say is my experience with Selexic was like night and day! I mistakenly went to Harvey Norman in Moorabbin in July 2019 and bought what I thought was a good quality, waterproof floor. They lied because it was only water resistant and were incredibly unprofessional. They took 4 hours to lay the floor, didn't prepare the floor properly so it began to buckle soon afterward. I spoke to the manager given it was under warranty and they refused to acknowledge the issue let alone come out and fix it. Frank's team took one and a half days to prepare and lay my new floor and it's perfect!
